We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 business days.

Fight My Corner wants you to be satisfied with your letter. Every purchase includes a free revision, and we stand behind the quality of every letter we generate. If something isn't right, we fix it. If it still isn't right, we refund it.

1. One free revision with every purchase

Every letter purchase — Single Letter, Full Escalation Sequence, Monthly Membership, and Founding Member Unlimited — includes at least one free revision. To use it:

  • Describe what you'd like changed — add detail, adjust tone, correct a fact, or alter the desired outcome.
  • The letter regenerates instantly using your feedback and the original company research. No need to re-enter your dispute details.
  • Founding Member Unlimited subscribers receive unlimited amendments at any time.

2. Full refund within 14 days

If you are genuinely unsatisfied with your letter after the free revision has been offered — whether you used it or chose not to — you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email complaints@fightmycorner.org with your order details and we will process the refund promptly.

In line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital services. By proceeding with generating a letter, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital service has begun and that the 14-day period applies from the date of purchase.

3. Immediate free replacement — Fight My Corner's fault

If the error is demonstrably Fight My Corner's fault — for example:

  • Wrong legislation cited
  • Wrong company policy quoted (citing a policy we found that doesn't apply)
  • Factual inaccuracy in the letter that is not based on information you provided

— we will provide an immediate free replacement, no questions asked. Email complaints@fightmycorner.org with the specific error and your order details.

4. Scope of liability — letter quality only

Fight My Corner is responsible for the quality of the letters we generate — their legal accuracy, clarity, and relevance to your dispute. We are not responsible for the outcome of your dispute.

Outcomes depend on the recipient's response and are outside Fight My Corner's control. A well-written, legally grounded letter maximises your chances of a successful outcome — but cannot guarantee one. This is made clear in our Legal Disclaimer.

The service generates letters based on information you provide. Fight My Corner is not liable for letters generated based on inaccurate information supplied by you.
