Fight My Corner provides self-help tools and guidance for UK consumer disputes. Current availability, pricing and what is included are shown on the relevant service page before you decide whether to proceed.

A Fight Check is free. Any paid service is available only when the website clearly presents it as available and you receive the applicable confirmation. We do not promise that every tool, category or next step will be available for every dispute.

2. Acceptable use

• → Provide accurate and truthful information. You remain responsible for checking material facts before acting on any output.
• → Use the service only for your own UK consumer or customer dispute with a business or organisation.
• → Do not use the service for fabricated disputes, fraud, unlawful conduct, or correspondence where you act as a business, landlord, agent, employer, supplier or creditor.

3. Not legal advice

Fight My Corner is not a law firm and does not provide regulated legal advice. Use of the service does not create a solicitor-client relationship. Generated material is for you to review and decide whether to use; it does not guarantee an outcome.

4. Purchases, cancellations and refunds

If a paid service is available, the order confirmation and checkout information identify the service, price and any recurring terms before you commit. Where a recurring service is offered, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the confirmation says otherwise.

5. Refusal of service

We may refuse, suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached or there is evidence of fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Fight My Corner is subject to the courts of England and Wales.
