These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fight My Corner ("the service", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using Fight My Corner, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Service description
Fight My Corner provides expert-built dispute letter generation tools for UK consumers. The service researches companies (via Companies House and publicly available website information), identifies relevant UK legislation, and generates professionally written dispute letters tailored to your situation.

3. Acceptable use
- →Accurate information - you must provide accurate and truthful dispute information. Fight My Corner is not responsible for letters generated based on inaccurate, misleading, or false information supplied by you.
- →Consumer claimant scope - the current intake is for an individual acting as a consumer or customer in a dispute with a business or organisation. It must not be used for correspondence where you are acting as a business, landlord or agent, employer, supplier or creditor.
- →UK disputes - Fight My Corner is designed for UK consumer disputes and references UK legislation. It is not intended for disputes governed by other legal systems.
- →No fraudulent use - the service must not be used to generate letters based on fabricated disputes, fraudulent claims, or for any unlawful purpose.
4. Not legal advice
Fight My Corner provides letter generation tools and dispute guidance. Nothing generated by this service constitutes legal advice. Use of the service does not create a solicitor-client relationship. 5. Subscription terms
- →Monthly subscriptions (Monthly Membership and Professional) are billed monthly and renew automatically.
- →You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the current billing period.
- →Founding member pricing remains locked in while your subscription stays active. If you cancel, the founding rate is not guaranteed to be available if you re-subscribe later.
6. Refunds
Our full refund and complaints policy is at /refund-policy. In summary: every purchase includes one free revision. If you are genuinely unsatisfied after the revision has been offered, a full refund is available within 14 days.
7. Refusal of service
Fight My Corner reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts where these Terms are breached or where there is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Fight My Corner will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
